I had a little trouble at first. The whole video assistance threw me. After I got the hang of it, I didn't mind so mich. There is a manager there. Dave, I believe is his name. He was very helpful and did a great job making sure everything was right. One thing that got me to use them is 24/7 access to my unit. ... Read more

Rented a unit online and it was so convenient and efficient. When I cancelled the unit, before the move in date, I was informed that I still had to come down and take a picture of the empty unit. The same empty unit that I never moved into. I was willing to lose my deposit but having to come down and take a picture of a unit that I never moved into was ridiculous. ... Read more

First time to use the unit and we were so pleased with the size and how clean it was. We had not yet figured out the codes and with the prompt service of the auto messaging we were able to get in in no time. It was a straight shot from the door as well, so we were really happy. My in-laws rented from here at the Springfield Tennessee location, 3 large units, from Oct 2021 to August 2024. They both passed away, father in law last, on July 29, 2024. My husband and I went to move their furnishings out and he spoke to one of the employees, showing them the death certificate for my father in law, as the storage was in his name. We cleared all the units, swept them clean, and left the doors open. We thought that was the end of it. 2 weeks later my husband checks the bank account and they had charged a months rent, a late fee, (my father in law’s bank account had since closed), and an “unsecured fee” because the doors were open on the units and there were no locks. How did they have our debit card number?? My husband paid one time using our card so they took it upon themselves to use it, EVEN THOUGH WE ARE NOT ON THE CONTRACT! When my husband called to find out why they charged our card he was told a 30 day notice to vacate was not submitted therefore another month was owed. How was my father in law supposed to do that…..HE IS DEAD! HENCE THE DEATH CERTIFICATE WE BROUGHT IN! And then there was mold all over my in-laws furnishings, and the amount of cockroaches we found made my skin crawl! It’s funny….thats not how the furnishings went in to those storage units, but that’s exactly how they come out. Why is that? Boo….this business blows. Be warned…TAKE YOUR ITEMS SOMEWHERE ELSE! ... Initially I was pleased with the facility and the onboarding as a renter. Now 3 1/2 months later my tune has changed. Not only is it not written in any of the initial contracts they charge for a 24 hour access fee, they just add it automatically to each invoice. Additionally, after my 3rd month of renting, they raised the rent by 20%-OUTRAGEOUS. Upon closing, I asked for the 24 hour access fee to be removed because I never requested nor did I use it and it was stated by the agent they would give me a credit for it. On my last invoice they did not give me the credit and they did not honor it when I called/texted regarding the credit. I normally do not leave reviews but was prompted by my last interaction with this company to do so and warn others and make note of hidden fees when renting storage. ... Read more
