We received a really good rate for a climate controlled room. It was super easy and convenient to reserve, get our lock and access our storage room. Elevator was spacious as well and easy to access and get things loaded. No complains whatsoever.!!

Wendy was amazing. I was cleaning out a unit to move to a bigger one when I went to start my truck, but nothing happened. She happened to drive by and came back around to assist me. She stayed to help me till my hubby got there. She went above and beyond!

I called the number left in a message to me telling me that my payment did not go through and was pleasantly surprised that I was not put on hold or asked to pick a number, I was not directed anywhere. Trenton answered the phone and I let him know why I called, gave him my card number. It took a matter of minutes and it was sooo not stressful. Trenton was pleasant and patient. In fact I hung up and called back and let Trenton how happy I was to have talked to a human being. It is a lovely clean, safe storage place not unlike many other storage places, but the customer service is what makes this storage place best.
