3rd time renting from Extra Storage in Austin TX. The process is so easy you could do it in your sleep!! The manager at the Pond Springs location was kind, courteous and explained everything in great detail. Moving is a stressful time and the last thing you need to worry about is storage! You won’t be disappointed with Extra Storage.

Just started using this facility. So far, so good! The management is on site in case of gate failure, the facility is clean as a whistle, prices are reasonable, and the site manager, Gino, helped me get signed up and took great care in all the paperwork, fast, quick and efficient. Like I said, so far, so good. I am pleased I made the move to this storage facility.

My garage door broke and was unusable, and Melody got the right people out to the job and fixed the problem so that my stored stuff was safe. I was also contacted by another member of the Stow Away Storage management team to insure all was being taken care of. For a while, the management was lacking here, but now they seem to be spot on, and I thank them very much for taking care of the facility better and responses to any issues we might have. I also rented another unit, and they make it extremely easy, online signatures, a great way to do business. Thanks Stow Away, and especially Melody, thank you for taking good care of me as a customer..

We were in a tight spot needing a unit immediately for our business, and Ryan truly went above and beyond to make it happen. We hit a few unexpected technicalities and "hoops" during the process, but Ryan didn't just point at the policy—he stepped up to solve the problems. His level of support was the definition of world-class customer service. It’s the kind of care and attention you usually only hope for, but rarely actually receive. He made sure we were accommodated and settled into our unit without further delay. If you’re looking for a storage facility in Austin that actually treats you like a priority, go see Ryan. Extra Space Storage in Austin was amazing! Slater and James were always courteous, professional and extremely helpful. I stored items in Austin while I built a house in Corpus Christi. I changed my move out date 3 times and they were always understanding about extending my lease without raising the cost of my unit. Thank you, y'all deserve 5 plus stars. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
