Nice staff. Facility is improving. Excited to see what this new manager does with the location. She was very professional and knowledgeable however more than anything honest about her facility and the improvements she has planned for it's future.

Very clean, affordable, & love that it is gated. Geno, management on site, was very kind & helpful when needing to upgrade my unit.

Excellent customer service! Tom kept the process quick & easy. Ive been at Extra Space for almost 5 years now & have been very satisfied with my experience. Tom B. rented me my first unit I & I’ve worked with him ever since. At one point, I was thinking about moving at the end of my lease as my needs had changed. Tom showed me several different ways to go regarding price & availability. Rather than just giving me a standard quote or directing me to a company website, he took time to listen to what I needed & then show me multiple options that I could choose from to give me the best value. Unfortunately this isn’t common in retail/customer service anymore. There have been instances over the years where he had to get back to me with specific information, he always did so in a timely manner. I can say with confidence, my experience with renting storage units with Extra Space has been far better than any other business based on customer service alone. They do have a wide range of units to choose from in addition. I’m happy with my experience & will continue being a tenant.

Friendly staff, easy sign up process. They are quick to get you setup and make sure your unit is in good condition. The manager personally went and swept up the storage unit I was moving into even though it really didn’t need it. Overall a great experience. Much better than Public Storage (have had multiple issues with them in the past).

I have used the Public Storage located in NW Austin on Spectrum Drive for many years. At different times I rented different sized units depending on situation and need and although stuff happens beyond our control sometimes , and concerns or issues I have had have always been met with professionalism and pretty quick response. This is a large company with MANY locations- with that noted, not all locations have onsite staff everyday. My location does not, but after my concern is reported my issues have ALWAYS been addressed 100% without issue. And the property manager Tasha, has met with me personally and handled each concern and kept in touch with me. Which I appreciate b/c I have at times worked night shifts and she worked around my availability . Thank you Tasha for the excellent customer service!! You are the BEST!
