We had a great experience with Extra Space Storage thanks to Ms. Claudia Hotchkiss. We completed our reservation online, and when we arrived, she was actually on her lunch break—but she still came to the door and helped us without hesitation. She took the time to take care of everything we needed, and you could tell she genuinely cared about helping us. It probably took up most of her lunch, but not once did she seem bothered.
