I have had nothing but a positive experience at this storage facility! From my initial interaction with Rachel, I always felt respected and she did a wonderful job helping me move into my unit. I needed to change to a different unit at one point and she made the process seamless! She even took the time to let me know about other potential units that I could rent. Sadly, I no longer needed to store my items, so I just moved out. I called and spoke again with Rachel and she made the move out process super easy! I highly recommend this facility and if I ever need to store items again, I will look to this location to do so!!
