From the first call to the moving in, this place is beyond my expections of great. I called in a panic because I had just lost 1/3 of my belongings at iStorage because it took in water. I called the number from Google and I was connected to a woman named Francis. She is an angel that took my worry and frustration and ran with it. She told me that I wouldn’t be able to have a power source there but that she can tell me what they offer. It really gave me peace of mind. She was able to give me a great rate, one month free, and a perfect unit on the 2nd floor veery close to an elevator. I was truly amazed once I brought my first truck load of items there. I really look forward to this great experience being a prolonged thing in my future here with them. I use my storage unit on a daily basis for business and life. It gives me peace of mind that someone is there 6 days a week. They also seem to have someone that lives on site as well as I was able to see them Sunday and they waved and gave me a kind smile. Not sure if it is an employee or not but it gave me so much comfort after the nightmare of losing so much at my old storage place.
