I had a lot of "what ifs" and I asked a lot of questions before renting a space here. Tony and Sunny were VERY patient and helpful. Both of them have excellent customer service skills and treat people with respect.

Collin was a wonderful help getting us into our unit! He was very knowledgeable about the property and took the time to show us around. Definitely recommend him and the storage facility!!

5 stars does not speak to the level of customer service and compassion that I encountered today when speaking with Mr Ken. Without getting into details, he listened to my situation and quickly started making phone calls, to try to resolve an issue I created. End result was something I have never ever experienced in my life. What Mr Ken did for me today, was Heaven sent. Only God creates these moments that will forever live with you and remind you how beautiful people can be. This Extra Space Storage location agents are always super helpful and kind. They always find alternative ways to make sure you are saving the most money possible benefiting from the storage space. A big thank you to the crew! ??????????
