I was a tenant at 17th Street Storage for 7 years and can highly recommend it. So convenient, clean, safe and secure. Management is responsive (needed a roll up door replaced b/c it was too hard to lift…they were on it with a new mechanism). Brian was very friendly, very professional,, and informative. He went over everything with us and explained about the locks and the rules about not having food or explosives in unit. When I got inside to get into my new storage, and I came to the door at the end of building had a code lock, I panicked and called him. He tells me again the code is on his card he gave us and kinda chuckled with me. It’s nice to have a worker laugh with me and not at my cause I’m a forgetful blonde.
