While we appreciated speaking with the friendly and well-mannered AI helper, Zoey, the true soul of Storage King USA, Alico, is Jerry Emanuel, the property manager. We needed to set up a unit with a special rate and make some modifications but it was a Monday when Storage King USA is closed. Jerry was supposed to be having a well deserved day off. Instead, he remembered our reservation from Friday and called us at 5:30 pm where he proceeded to log into his work account from home and set up our unit so we wouldn't lose our discounted rate. When we mentioned that we would need a rental truck, he also reserved the time for us on the UHaul site and helped find the only small truck that was left. The next day, we were running late and Jerry gave us extra time to return the truck without requiring a kidney or sending the UHaul Mafia to hunt us down. Finally, in all the turbulence, we forgot to bring our lock for the new storage unit (even though Jerry had reminded us) and Jerry kindly offered us a free lock that had been donated to the office by a previous customer. Need we say more? Perhaps Mother Teresa reincarnated? Jerry is the heart and soul of Storage King USA. We are convinced that with his incredible bed side manner, he should have applied to medical school to be the next surgeon general and could possibly bring world peace to all. Thank you Jerry, we will be referring patients and friends to you at Storage King USA Alico for many years to come. Your professionalism, knowledge and dedication to creating the best customer experience possible made storage and moving day truly memorable for our entire team.

I went into the location on 82 and met Richard who was a great help and very knowledgeable. He was very thorough and made me feel comfortable leaving my belongings in the storage. What a great experience, he should be commended for exemplary work! Thanks again Richard & Public Storage!
