Had to rent a storage from this location for a solid two years. Price was higher than I liked but Jean Marie is the only reason I didn’t change facilities. I found a free month promo online but when I arrived, I was told it wasn’t honored at this location. Being in a crux, I didn’t have time to shop around for other locations with deals so I did what I had to do. Jean Marie made it worth it in the end. She always answers the phone when in the office. She promptly returns missed calls and has even made herself available to be on site when I needed to come in office. She communicates thoroughly and genuinely strives to be transparent and available with customers. 10/10 highly recommend due to Jean Marie alone. She is a gem and deserves a raise and then some so make it happen for her!
