I’m totally forgetful and there have been many times where I’ve improperly locked my unit to which I’ve received a call each time notifying me for the sake of my personal belongings. On today Brenda was very helpful with walking me to my unit to ensure that I knew how to lock my lock properly. I’m very grateful for the team here as my prior storage company dealt with a severe case of break-ins even with our units being properly locked. This is the most secure I’ve felt with my belongings being in a storage facility.
