I’ve been waiting for 3 weeks to access my storage unit and still can’t get my belongings. A lock was put on my unit that requires staff to unlock with a physical key. The company claims you can pay online and handle it yourself, but they put the wrong type of lock on my unit. Because of that mistake, I can’t get the unlock code through their system. I’ve called and spoken with representatives weekly. Every time I’m told “a work order has been put in” and that someone will contact me to set up a time. No one ever does. My stuff has been sitting locked away while I wait. I’m sharing this to warn others about my experience. And if anyone here happens to have a unit in Bay B, could you please check if unit EB10 still looks occupied? At this point, I don’t even know if my belongings are still there. I don’t want to involve the police but I have no proof my belongings are still there and left to assume my property has been stolen by stolen and or tampered with ... Read more

I give my experience so far, 4 stars because when we arrived to the property and our assigned space, there was no lock. So we did have to go and get a heavy duty lock. This wouldn’t have been a problem if we would’ve known before arriving. But the representatives at the call center are extremely helpful and courteous. I truly appreciate that. The change from the old storage owner to the new one Red and Blue was a bit uncertain from the beginning. But over the time, my confidence and trust have grown. Whenever I have needed assistance, I could reach out to them and promptly my request or need would be answered. There is no wait and see approach. Everything is taking care of without delay.
