I've been renting from this facility since before Hurricane Florence, so approaching 8 years now. Rental prices have slowly crept up over the years, like at any storage location, and it eventually became too much. Luckily, I didn't need a 10 X 30 anymore and was able to downsize to a 10 X 20. Not only did my rates reset to the low starting rate, but Kyle in the office called his higher ups and was able to throw in a few more months of free rent. He didn't need to do that, or did I request it, but after sharing what I had been paying over most recent years, it didn't sit right with him and he wanted to help me out. Kyle went above and beyond what was standard or necessary and really took care of my transfer to the unit generously. I will be recommending this Securcare location to anyone I know that needs some storage.
