I have been a customer for almost two years and never had any issues. The storage facility is clean and safe, temperature of the climate controlled units was always adequate. The front desk lady is very helpful and straightforward. The rent wasn’t raised for the amount of time I had the unit and I got my deposit back right away after I moved out.
