This is an easy 5 stars to give. I’ve leased my unit for 2 months now, and the customer service is consistently top notch. Heather, Patty, Dan and Peter have all gone out of their way to help with just about anything! A few of them were aware of some back problems I was dealing with, and were so compassionate in offering to lift or carry things for me. And YES, the complimentary snacks and refreshments are a great touch. Also, they’re not cheap lame snacks… they even offer fresh brew coffee…. the key to my ??. The place is always spotless. But I think one of the best things about this storage facility is the use of green/renewable energy. They have a massive solar system, the WiFi never lags and I’ve yet to see a light dim. They also have back up genny’s so all the great touchless features are 100 p reliable. Even the cute little robot lawn mower is doing its part for the climate!
