Climate-controlled storage units in Tulsa, OK

I rented a 10 x 10 climate controlled unit for 18 months. My items were secure and grounds are kept clean. I would rent from them again if needed. There were no issues.

I have been a tenant with Click for about two years now, I needed something affordable and easy quickly at the time due to a need to relocate for work and have stayed with them for so long because quite frankly it is so convenient of a space to hold my extra belongings for its price. I can confidently say there are no surprise fees, my little unit has been the same exact price as the day I signed on with them. They don't hassle you or spam up your email or phone with calls and notifications only contacting you when nessecary for a rent reminder or if weather such as heavy snow has left the gate obstructed for a short amount of time. Even during the snow and wind storms I have never seen access to the units be unavailable for longer than 24 hours at a time, they will get out there and dig that entrance out if they have to. You always have access to your items any time. The staff is fantastic and treat you with dignity, if you communicate that a month has been rough and rent will be late they will understand and allot you what time you need to get things caught up and I know for a fact other storage places will not do this and evict and auction your stuff if you get behind one month. Click has been a huge convenience for long term storage for me, and the staff members, such as Mary Joy up at the office, have been extremely helpful and caring when it comes to privacy of my personal belongings and security of the grounds. They have personally reached out to me when they believed there may have been a problem with the unit, which as things turned out there wasn't any issue, but they still took the time and effort to ensure that I was informed and aware of potential changes as fast as updates were available, and as I said there was no issue so they were even ensuring extra security and work for my things even when it wasn't a nessecity. I have never seen a mouse or rat in the unit at any time of the year and definitely no roaches or other bugs. There have been absolutely no leaks or damage in any way to my belongings. They run a clean and efficient buisiness and are very professional. I want to personally thank Mary Joy and the office staff and caretakers up at Click for such great service at a locked in affordable rate that has never left me surprised or inconvenienced. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing a great space in a good location in Midtown with amazing security, I personally feel safe inside the grounds and have never been concerned about the condition or protection of my belongings. As a tenant of near two years I am to this day still extremely satisfied!

I have been renting a storage unit from Oxford storage Tulsa for two years now. I’ve actually been out of the country for that two years. I ran into a payment issue at one point due to a credit card debacle and they were amazing to work with me. It is so clean They make sure they spray so there’s never any bugs and they are so kind and professional in the front office. I will continue to use them until I get settled back here in the states. I couldn’t ask for a better service. . If I could give them 10 stars I would.
