My husband and I had gotten a letter in the mail showing that our storage bill was going up so we set out to go on a hunt for a storage with lower monthly payments. We went to one and unfortunately they were closed so I told my husband to stop at the new storage that was built on Old Orangeburg Road, Summit Storage! We were greeted with a big beautiful smile and the your lady who was working started telling us about their storage rates in which my mouth dropped at the very low rates for their units. When she took us around, she told us where she used to work and I said to her that it was the place that we were renting from and then she said that we looked familiar and I said the same thing to her and when she told us her name. I was relieved because Jessica Sherman was who I was used to dealing with at the time she worked at the other place because she always had a pleasant smile and attitude. So I am so grateful that she is now at the Summit because she is one of the best people to work with.
