I’ve had storage units here on the West Side for over 30 years, long enough to practically qualify for veteran benefits, and I can say without hesitation that Anna, the Property Manager @Remcon, is the best thing that’s ever happened to this place. She’s kind, professional, and somehow manages to remind me about my payments before I even forget them. She treats customers with real respect, which is rare these days. Honestly, if every business had an Anna, the world would run smoother. Yes, the rent keeps climbing (pretty soon my boxes will need a second job), but the property grounds are clean & tidy, and they even have a restroom — which becomes priceless when you’re knee-deep in old belongings wondering why you ever saved half this stuff. A huge thank-you as well to Ossiana, the District Manager, who truly went above and beyond to help me during a difficult financial moment. She worked out a fair, thoughtful plan for me, and I’m sincerely grateful for her support. Anna is hands-down the most personable and helpful property manager they’ve had in decades.
