I have used Extra space storage for many years in Baytown Texas. I needed a place to store pictures etc. for my daughter after she and her husband relocated to another state. The location is great and it created much needed space in my house once I was able to store her things. I have been sick for a few weeks and was late making the payment this month and I was touched by how kind and understanding Brittany was when I was finally able to call her this afternoon. She was very kind and understanding ?? the customer service is excellent and I wanted Brittany to know how much I truly appreciated her.
