The best customer service I've experienced from any facility staff or ownership. Unfortunately, I've had to use storage facilities quite a bit over the years. I've never been treated like a number or dollar sign that doesn't matter at BMSS. Everyone has been human-friendly and professional, they are genuinely caring people. They charge ridiculously high late fees and then jump to auction your possessions at the drop of a dime to maximize their bottom line. The facility & units are kept clean an neat no matter what time I've accessed the propert. Just Great People To Do Bisiness With & A Safe Place To Secure Your Belongings. Both The Sarah's Have The Best Attitudes On Any Given Day, And You Don't Find That Everywhere These Days.
