I moved to Cimarron storage after getting jerked around by Public Storage. I started at $50 with Public Storage and within 3 months they raised my rent to $98. Cimarron has good business practices and is up front about their pricing structure. If I could give Theresa more than 5 stars , I would . She earned it. Her professionalism and customer service was beyond expectations. I arrived on Easter weekend, Saturday and she was off that day and the office closed. She agreed a few days prior to meet me at the place to get me signed in and set up. Then the weather turned bad for our assigned time . So we moved it ,she was beyond accomodating so we did not have to unload in rain. And this was on her day off on a Holiday weekend! World class customer service. The facilities are new, first class with wide driveways that allow for a big truck or trailer to make the turns with no issue.
