Jayden, Hobby & everyone connected with Natural State Storage are great people who really go the extra mile for their customers. The facility itself is very clean, very safe, & easy to access through their app or with them directly. We kept a storage room there for years, & they were great at communicating with us even from thousands of miles away. We even had the occasion come up where we were out of state- & family members in LR needed access to our storage room- & they accommodated their being able to access it as well. The weather in AR is ever changing & goes through it all- hail, snow, ice storms, lighting storms, flooding, tornados - you name it! None of which EVER affected our stored items within the storage room- and again, we kept a storage room there for years. They have plenty of different options as far as the size of the storage units goes & their pricing is reasonable. In addition to all of that, they are willing to work with their customers on everything from moving everything in, working with you in a pinch to work out your monthly payments, & eventually even with getting your stuff moved out. We could not have had a better experience there- and seeing as we moved several states away it was comforting to know our stored items were in good hands. The facility itself isn’t very far out at all- in fact, if you’re flying in to the LR airport, it’s only a short distance to the east of the heart of the city, & an easy drive from anywhere within the city of Little Rock & beyond. Above & beyond all of this- honestly, these are really good people. It’s a family owned & run business, that you can feel good about doing business WITH. We will no doubt need a storage room again in this area, in the future- & we know we will be returning to Natural State Storage when that time comes. If you need to store anything in or around the Little Rock area, give them a call. You won’t regret it. Thanks to all of you at Natural State Storage for all of your help over the years!

I have been using this storage facility before it was purchased by CubeSmart. It was always clean, and the employees were always helpful and courteous, especially Teven. A great leader and truly awesome man. When I heard they were changing owners I was worried that things would not change for the better. But CubeSmart really is Smart, they kept the best and improved the rest. By keeping Tevin in charge they guaranteed success. Well done! Thank you Tevin! He has the best attitude, no matter the problem, I have never seen him be anything less than professional, he's always going out of his way to make sure everything is taken care of quickly and completely. A true credit to any business and hats off to Tevin himself!. We appreciate you so much sir, Thank you!
