I reserved a unit and immediately got a call from Donielle! She ensure I chose the right unit for my needs. Donielle suggested I come in and she’d give me a tour and answer any questions that I might have. She was wonderful! We were able to get me set up and good to go within no time! Kathleen was a great help and so sweet! The facility was spotless and our unit did not have any lingering smells or dirt. Took the opportunity to use the bathroom and it was one of the cleanest public bathrooms I’ve walked into. 10/10 this place deserves the good ratings

This review is based on the experience as a prospective tenant to tenant and the process of obtaining the unit. I called and initially spoke with Milton. My call was to gather details on pricing on different units, to what would be the potential add-ons for each month, and inquire about any specials being offered. He was pleasant, thorough, and welcoming. He explained their available amenities and benefits of each level of optional packages. I was very pleased with the current special and the base/final price for how large the unit is. However, I couldn't rent right away, but assured I would call back once my deciding factor agreed with me. I called back but with a question. I spoke with Maria during this call. I had to ensure that this wasn't a muli-level facility to accommodate us with disabilities. She also had been thoughtful to include they can select units by location; I just had to make reservation by phone versus online to select a certain area. Finally, after ensuring details I was good-to-go and again called speaking with Judy for the aquiring of the unit. She went throughout the list of vacancies with me so every aspect was up to necessity, or as close to it -- even offered alternatives. She was very nice like the others I spoke with as she helped me. She explained what to expect with the agreement and how I'd receive the emails needing signatures then after receipt of the closing documents with signature another email with a link would be released to me to download the particular app so I'd have access beyond gate (they're a keyless and smart facility). It only took a few minutes. The welcoming vibe from all employees is really felt every through the phone. I didn't get anything but awesome customer service. great salespeople. Nothing felt pressured. All my doubts were assured. My abundance of questions satisfied. Pricing of everything inclusive of the contact isn't overly set. Can't wait to start moving things in and do so at my pace without a rush to beat a locking gate! Thank you, Judy, Maria, & Milton.

I have had a great experience getting assistance from Kevin! He is patient, he is friendly, worked with me to find the right storage unit for my needs, he has really worked on the improvement of this location. I've been renting here off and on for over 10 years. He has done allot to make it safer, cleaner and had the technology of the gate operating updated. He has always been available when he's on site or when I've called, to answer any questions I have. He's made a big difference and its a good one! Thank you!

The facility is climate controlled so your items in storage don’t get mildew or moldy smelling. A little pricy for storage but aren’t they all.

I just rented a unit at Arcadia Self Storage and couldn't be happier! From the staff who helped me to the clean site itself, I am a happy camper!

Had a storage unit the last 2 years did not have any issues. It does get really dusty so make sure you cover everything.

I've had numerous incidents where I had to go to my unit. The lock always works on the gate, I've always had a good experience with the staff. Always clean.

Manager is amazing, very helpful always... have rented from other storage company's and rightway storage on lake pleasant parkway in Peoria is the best.
