Storage units in West Cactus, Scottsdale, AZ

Had a seamless experience renting a unit here. Mikayla was fantastic—super friendly, efficient, and made the entire process quick and stress-free. The facility is clean and secure. Highly recommend asking for Mikayla if you need storage!

Everyone here is extremely well-mannered and passionate about delivering quality service. One team member even assisted me on move-in day by helping me lift my flimsy queen-sized mattress down the hall. She could tell I was exhausted (I was moving my entire apartment by myself), and she gave me a bottle of water and a snack to refuel. It was a very kind gesture during a time of peak stress. I’ll never forget it. ??

I had the best experience with Public Storage. Jacob V, the manager of the location, was truly exceptional. He made sure my move-in and move-out process was easy, smooth, and successful. He is one of the few people I've met who understand great service. I had a few bumps between my move with movers and he has expert knowledge, patience, and supported me along the way. Jacob really did a fantastic job and I don't know what I would have done without him.

Brooke was the best!!

Rachel at Public Storage was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. It's obvious she has a lot of experience and truly cares about providing excellent customer service. If you're looking for great service, I highly recommend asking for Rachel. Thank you for all your help!

Denise is very friendly, and the place seems well maintained.

First time using this storage facility and it was a VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. My apologies in regards to the very friendly and helpful young lady who got me going with my new unit. Her name slipped my mind but she was OUTSTANDING.
