I have been a customer for several years at Public Storage and especiallyn at thiis locatioon ,7990 Tanque Verde Tucson has been a Great experience and Outstanding customer service!! Wanted Management or Supervisor to know about the service that was provided to me! Karen thank you for helping me at last minute deciding wich size unit I needed. I appreciate your patience and time you took showing me different units that were available!! I recommend this Public Storage to my friends, family and colleagues ! Also ,this property is very clean and provides packing and moving supplies ! And kniw my storage is safe . Thank you Karen ?? T.G.

I enjoyed my storage experience. When I first was sitting up I went in person and at first my code didn't work but the guys there handled the situation well and the problem was quickly fixed. Also I had to call the off hours customer service and they were really helpful and and friendly. It's a pretty easy set up they have and the prices for the spaces was pretty fair and I would come back if I need to store more of my belongings.

Will who manages Ft. Lowell Self Storage took his own time to not only show me the unit but also made a tool to help me get the door to full height and even has plans to repair the rubber bottom gasket. All that and he helped me guide our equipment into the space. Then he got me an easy to remember access code. The access hours are very generous and space clean and well cared for.

The part time manager John was terrific! Helped me so much. Thank you!

Called office for help on getting into my storage due to lost key rep was very helpful and cut off old lock and replaced it

Midway RV & Self Storage is, in my opinion, the best place in Tucson to store your belongings. It's centrally located and the price and move-in special is difficult if not impossible to beat. The management is friendly and funny, all around good dude. I highly recommend Midway if you need some extra space. Thank you for everything 10+ stars

This review is based on the experience as a prospective tenant to tenant and the process of obtaining the unit. I called and initially spoke with Milton. My call was to gather details on pricing on different units, to what would be the potential add-ons for each month, and inquire about any specials being offered. He was pleasant, thorough, and welcoming. He explained their available amenities and benefits of each level of optional packages. I was very pleased with the current special and the base/final price for how large the unit is. However, I couldn't rent right away, but assured I would call back once my deciding factor agreed with me. I called back but with a question. I spoke with Maria during this call. I had to ensure that this wasn't a muli-level facility to accommodate us with disabilities. She also had been thoughtful to include they can select units by location; I just had to make reservation by phone versus online to select a certain area. Finally, after ensuring details I was good-to-go and again called speaking with Judy for the aquiring of the unit. She went throughout the list of vacancies with me so every aspect was up to necessity, or as close to it -- even offered alternatives. She was very nice like the others I spoke with as she helped me. She explained what to expect with the agreement and how I'd receive the emails needing signatures then after receipt of the closing documents with signature another email with a link would be released to me to download the particular app so I'd have access beyond gate (they're a keyless and smart facility). It only took a few minutes. The welcoming vibe from all employees is really felt every through the phone. I didn't get anything but awesome customer service. great salespeople. Nothing felt pressured. All my doubts were assured. My abundance of questions satisfied. Pricing of everything inclusive of the contact isn't overly set. Can't wait to start moving things in and do so at my pace without a rush to beat a locking gate! Thank you, Judy, Maria, & Milton.

The staff here Caryn , Nica, John. I couldn't get the lock on. I don't like that no one was there. However each of the employees helped me out getting setup. I now know you can call the number on the door for help.
