Storage units in California

I initially came in to view a storage unit while I was still shopping around and comparing prices. Frank was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions, gave me a great deal, and made me feel comfortable enough to go ahead and sign a lease. Since I had never needed a storage unit before, everything was completely new to me. Frank took the time to show me how to put the lock on and explained how to access the facility, which made the whole process so easy and stress-free. I really appreciate his patience, helpfulness, and great customer service. He made what could have been an overwhelming experience very simple. Thank you, Frank!

Vanessa always helps and makes everything go smoothly. Clean facilities and very safe

It was easy to start and easy to close out. Manager was very helpful.

The facility was clean, easy to access, and both check-in and check-out were simple. Justine was especially helpful when I needed to get another storage space at the last minute. She was very communicative, friendly, and always willing to help with anything I needed or any questions I had. Nothing but good things to say about my experience here!

Extremely helpful! Please conversation and got things set up quickly!

Love this place. Desiree truly works with you. Speak to her directly and she will take care of you well. Love the up keep of the facility. Desiree will go the extra mile for you. I recommend this place

A lot of people leave reviews for whatever reason. I personally want and need to thank the entire staff here at all star storage and really they should be Hall of Fame storage but I understand why they are called all stars and that’s because of the amazing staff they have here. I wasn’t try to work in the heat but the care they had in making sure my elderly aunt and me was ok was unbelievable and if I could they would have ten stars. I can’t name them all, but Natasha and Patrick who names come to mind and my apologies I can’t remember everyone names over this pass weekend but I’m very grateful even helped us with cold water and putting large furniture away for me I mean above and beyond for real and if people and businesses can me more like this it could be a better world and that’s how ALL THE STAR’S in this place are. If you come here they all got your back and willing to stop what they are doing to make sure if you need anything. I very much appreciate this place over the 3 years my aunt has been in and out of this storage facility. I can’t say enough of how truly all of them was a blessing in disguise. When you walk in the front office just pick a card any card and I can tell you that these ALL STARS do more then there share or work. Thank you again.

It was extra easy to book online a fantastic clean spot storage at extra space. It really took 5 min max and I am very satisfied with the outcome. Thank you Chad for the great experience.
