Amazing place !! Easy and very friendly place.. kind and welcoming people!!

I had an amazing experience at this location. I needed storage for about a month while moving and I reserved a deal online. April called me the next day and was extremely helpful confirming my reservation and any questions I had. Prateek was the one that set us up in person with a great unit and I told them I didn’t need it for that long and he got me even a better deal than the one online!! My belongings were safe and secure and I didn’t any worries. Overall it was a seamless experience here making the moving process better.

Every time I show up, the place is clean. You can see they have no varmint problem. I feel safe having my stuff there. I will continue to do business with them, for a long time. Jamie and Cinnamon are exceptionally good at their positions. Jamie was extremely helpful the other day. When she helped me put the rest of my totes into my storage unit. Boy, was that extremely appreciated, as I am in a wheelchair. Thank You so very much Jamie!

I didn’t wanna delete this review only because I want people to see how prompt and professional you were by responding immediately and I really appreciate you extending my hours and making my move simple. I changed it to a 5 star because you guys truly deserve it, thank you again so much!!! ???? I’ll start with the positive. The staff are nice and it’s located in Yorba Linda, so it’s convenient as I reside in YL. that’s the ONLY reason why I gave them a 2 star rating. This is my first time renting a storage space ever in my life and let me tell you, there’s absolutely no A/C inside the buildings so it’s crazy stuffy and hot inside AND there’s no lighting, my storage space is pitch black and I could barely see anything. Another major problem is that they don’t allow access to the storage after a certain time. During the week, they shut the access at 6:15 pm and weekends at 4:30 pm!! That’s absolutely ridiculous!!! There’s people like myself that work late and need access to my storage especially that I’m moving right now!!! I will definitely check out the storage units off of La Palma and they’re A/C’d and they have lighting AND they close at 9 pm. I really hope that they change a lot of things so I don’t have to go anywhere else as this place is extremely convenient!!

So far, I just started renting from them and I’ve got nothing but good experiences and positive people I’ve met with. I can’t remember the woman’s name. I spoke with yesterday, but I do remember Ted‘s name who has also helped me yesterday and today. The place is clean. The unit is really perfect for what I need. The temperature in the building is a nice comfortable cool temperature.

Been storing my stuff here for a number of years. Always friendly and helpful.
