As a parent coordinating college summer storage from New York City, I spent countless hours researching storage facilities and speaking with different companies. Patterson Storage was, without question, the most hands-on, personal, and customer-focused experience I found anywhere. Before I even arrived, Claudia went above and beyond by personally visiting the storage unit, taking photos of the space, and sending them to me so I could see exactly what I was renting. That level of care and attention gave me tremendous peace of mind while managing a complicated move from thousands of miles away. When I finally arrived, Justin continued that exceptional service. He showed me exactly where to park, walked me directly to my unit, and even helped me with the lock setup. Every interaction felt personal, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. It never felt like I was just another customer. They truly cared about making the process as smooth as possible. And it's the little details that stand out, too. The honeysuckle planted right outside the storage units and the classical music that is playing throughout is such a lovely touch and creates a surprisingly pleasant atmosphere for a place that is usually all about logistics and boxes. Patterson Storage turned what could have been a stressful part of our move into one of the easiest. Claudia and Justin set the standard for customer service, and I would recommend Patterson Storage without hesitation to anyone looking for a storage facility that truly goes above and beyond.

I've been renting units from Ace for three years now, and couldn't be happier with their service! The facility is clean and secure and I always fell safe. I recommend Ace to anyone looking for short or long term storage!

Love this place, if it had power it’d be perfect. Artis made a great point, if they had power people would live there. LOL.

I was assisted with making a reservation last minute by Meagan Weld at the call center. She was very helpful detailed and patient with all my questions. I was able to make it the facility almost by 5pm and was assisted by Magdalene Brown the property manager. She walked me through the facility and gave me the rundown. I was impressed and signed the contract to start the same day instead of the next day which would be Sat. Rates were amazing and I was assured they wouldn’t have any major increases ever 6 months like extra space storage.

I've been renting with Home Ave. Storage for 2 Years now, This place has always had friendly staff but recently new Mangers (Kami & Greg) took over, And All I have to say they go above and beyond their customers service is by far the best I've seen in my life in long time, Not only do they have great customers service, but they are painting the inside and outside of the place looking way better. They offer a great referral program to move in,You feel like your just another customer they make you feel like family, if looking for a Storage, this is the right place to find oneeee !!!!!

I’ve always felt my belongings are safe because of the high level of security features that this facility has in place is top notch!
