Clean facility, felt secure, the floor I had was well air conditioned so it felt nice using it in and out. The staff was always very helpful when I needed help with things or had any questions. I had a storage unit here for 3 years and never had any problems with the facility nor the staff. I would recommend them

Okay okay, I’m done gatekeeping this place. I’ve been at this location since 2024 with three units and I have to say as someone who drives from Van Nuys to this location, it is the nicest, cleanest, friendliest facilities I’ve been with in my many years of hoarding. Everyone who works here is extremely friendly and helpful, Aaron always is friendly and an extremely diligent person. Not to mention this place is mega easy to get into: it’s quite enough that you aren’t fighting for close parking, and it’s next door to a Walmart and a Starbucks. The cost per square inch per convenience of location is wild. There’s a clean bathroom, and functioning bluetooth app keys. What more could you ask for. I’ve not been this enthused to write a review for a storage unit, but here we are. I will give you my one and only negative…The auto hallway lights go off fairly often. I’ve done a lot of arm flapping in the hallways over the last 2 years. But really, this is a petty complaint. This place really is a gem, hence why my review comes after 2 years of gatekeeping. 10/5
