From origin (Northern California) to delivery (Western Pennsylvania), my moving experience with Casey Logistics was a delight. The Casey team was friendly, efficient and on top of details. My first contact with the company was a phone call with Martha R., requesting an estimate. I spoke with 3 companies at this stage and Casey was "heads above" the rest. Martha was knowledgeable, offered details of what I could expect throughout the process, and Martha, Jay ( company President) and my driver (Herman) then kept me informed as my move proceeded across country. They even accommodated my request for specific delivery date so I could prepare my new home to receive my things. I received appropriate and timely communications from Martha throughout, and while the company offers the option to have an "estimate by Zoom," Jay was in my area and stopped by my home to walk through with me and provide a binding estimate, and on load day...Herman and the move team arrived on time, went to work and didn't stop until the job was done. Every one of these individuals was a delight to work with. If you want a well-managed move that is worry-free, call Casey Logistics and coordinate with Martha and the team. And all this occurred on budget...coming in "to the penny" of the estimate I received! I am one happy customer. I highly recommend these folks.
