Couldn’t say enough about the exceptional service provided by Ivette. I found her at the Port St. Lucie CubeSmart. She was amazingly helpful, kind, professional, and patient . I’m sorry, but that kind of customer service is hard to find; at least that’s been my experience. I told her my needs, and she took her time in showing me the different size units that were available. She referred me to the Fort Pierce location where I found a better price, and size for what I needed. I drive up today to drop some belongings, and couldn’t figure out how to get in the gate as it was opened the day I booked. To my surprise there she was always ready to lend a helping hand, and let me in offering to put my code in for me. Little nervous to get my stuff on the lift , and there she appeared to there again help another struggling human being. Thank you Ivette for going above and beyond where you didn’t have to. Your presence is a great asset to CubeSmart. Best price in town, and superb customer service. Only negative is price can change at anytime. Not too happy about that although they all have the same as far as my research went. Don’t think it’s the best business tactic, People like Ivette will draw many ; no need for surprise charges . All & all it was a good experience, and left satisfied. Second time using CubeSmart . Lord willing they will keep their fair practices..
