Angela was incredibly helpful with the Public Storage app—friendly, positive, and full of great energy. She made the whole experience smooth and welcoming. Her customer service was truly top-notch. The only downside was that my bill increased without a clear explanation, other then corporations but Angela provided an outstanding experience. You rock keep it up!! ??

I've had my storage unit for 5 years and Jamie has been amazing the entire time. The communication ans understanding has always been top tier. And one of the things i love most is always being able to deal with the same person thru out these years. I currently live across the country and Jamie has consistently been able to answer amy questions i have. Amazing costumer service!!!!

Whenever I have stopped by the office, she has greeted me by name with a smile, even on busy days. She treats every customer like a priority, not a transaction. On the few occasions I have needed assistance, whether it was a billing question or a request to swap units, Christy handled everything quickly, accurately, and with a positive attitude. She communicates clearly, returns calls promptly, and goes above and beyond to make sure customers feel valued.
