Great service from Murietta fast and efficient

Mackenzie was so sweet and such a big help with the rental process this morning. The process took maybe 20-30 minutes. She made it stress free and such an easy process. We laughed, she had such a big smile and was so polite. She asked me about my day and truly cared about my answer. She brought me on a tour of the property, had me test my gate code to make sure it worked, as well as showed me every entrance and exit to find the easiest route to my unit. She helped me download the app and taught me how to use it to make easy payments, open the gate, and view my account information. She showed me how to open and close the door to my unit as well as how to put my lock on properly. She answered any question and all questions I could possibly think to ask. She was so friendly, and made me feel very safe storing my items at her property. She made the whole experience so pleasant. I will definitely be recommending anyone I know that may need a storage unit to go visit her because she is the best in the area.

Frank is extremely attentive and helpful. Well kept storage space, great facility.

The property manager and his assistant were on their lunch break and helped me anyway they both were extremely helpful and had me on my way in no time at all. I really appreciate their thoughtfulness and kindness. I would recommend to anybody who needs storage or boxes or anything that they sell to use them because they’re good people
