I just wanted to give Sheila a shout out for always being kind and helpful. It was getting ready to pour down rain and I didn't realize it was already 6:00 and I came running up to use the bathroom as she was getting ready to leave and she had already put the key away got it back out unlock the door and let me use the bathroom. I really appreciate that. She's always so nice and goes out of her way to help you. Keep up the great work Sheila.

I began using Extra Space Storage (Daytona Beach) in 2025. I have nothing but positive things from this experience. Staff was always helpful. Wish I could provide names! Facility was always maintained. And, I am a stickler for clean LOL! And, maybe most importantly, they were always helpful at me staying ahead of rate hikes by providing guidance/assistance while paying in for months in advance to lock in a rate. It's not often these days to find good service. This storage facility will always be recommended on my behalf. Great job!!! And, thank you.

The customer service is top notch. I was greeted warmly and the office was very clean and inviting. the storage unit is nice and big I received the promotional pricing. And I am very happy with this store. I have used many storage facilities before and this one by far is the best. I was so happy to not have to use U-Haul as this company provides a truck if needed.
