I am very impressed with my experience at Extra Space Storage. The environment is very clean, safe and organized, and the staff was extremely professional and courteous. A special thanks goes to Santiago, the manager here, who was very patient, helpful and made the whole process very easy and stress-free. The customer service was beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for secure storage and fantastic service!

IM AWARE THERE ARE BETTER RATES AVAILABLE EVEN CLOSE BY! BUT.. MY FATHER HAS HAD A STORAGE UNIT HERE FOR MANY YEARS AND IVE ALWAYS BEEN IMPRESSED WITH THE CONSTANT AND CONSISTENT CLEANLINESS AND FEELING SAFE AT ALL HOURS! (I am a female) EVEN THOUGH THROUGH THE MANY YEARS MY FATHER WOULD OCCASIONALLY BE DISGUSTED WITH A SIGNIFICANT RATE INCREASE .. BUT THEY ALWAYS WITHOUT FAIL WORKED WITH HIM TO KEEP HIM A SATISFIED CUSTOMER! MY FATHER RECENTLY PASSED AND THE STORAGE AND VERY SENTIMENTAL CONTENTS BECAME MINE (including his current rate after years which I always told him was too much!) SO… I immediately shopped all area comps and was absolutely set on moving to another facility for less near by.. GAME CHANGERS FOR ME.. AFTER MONTHS OF DAILY VISITS FOR HOURS SPENT UNTIL LATE NIGHT OFTEN.. 1) I ALWAYS FELT SAFER HERE THAN ANY OF THE OTHER LOCATIONS IVE HAD UNITS THROUGH THE YEARS HERE IN NAPLES.. 2) ALWAYS CLEAN INSIDE AND OUT INCLUDING RESTROOM! 3)THE STAFF .. WAS MY TRUE GAME CHANGER.. ALWAYS AWESOME, UNDERSTANDING, COURTEOUS, THOUGHTFUL, AND I COULD THEN TRULY SEE WHY MY FATHER NEVER LEFT THIS FACILITY.. SO WHAT DID I DO….??? I ACTUALLY DID NOT LEAVE EITHER BUT IN FACT I CHOSE TO RENT MYSELF ANOTHER UNTIL HERE AS WELL!!! ??JESSICA IS WORTH HER WEIGHT IN GOLD!!! ?? ??JESSICA AND MARION ARE JUST WORTH DOING BUSINESS HERE!?? This place is by far the best cleanest safest (maybe not the cheapest) facility around but I’ll take all the POSITIVES that are important to me especially after having units other places through the years and never experiencing so many positives that were enough to get my business back! I made a phone call to get a price quote for a storage area, the young lady that helped me over the phone was extremely polite & helpful (she was based in New Orleans) I’m in SW Florida so it was great to here it is climate controlled and very secure .. the access by code to the building and the key lock inside were both very easy to use … I will probably upsize to a larger unit before my month is up, simply because it’s easy & very economical.. SW Florida we have no basements & dang it we all have too much stuff.. Rob from Naples

Golden Gate Blvd, Naples facility: Bob and Ken are the two fantastic Managers. 100% Clean and temperature inside is cool. All indoor units with access from early morning to later evening. Side entry is a pull-in garage for ease of loading or unloading. Wide halls, industrial size/heavy duty carts. All carpeted flooring. I’ve rented there for several years now. Nearest indoor storage I’ve found to downtown / Olde Naples! Perfect for those of us in smaller homes/ condos. Truly appreciate this facility.
