Customer service was excellent at the Gulf Breeze lication.

Very professional customer service. You are fortunate to have such an excellent employee.

Amazing service at this facility with Cynthia running the show. This lady sets the bar for what good customer service truly is. In this world where good customer service is very hard to come by Cynthia has never once wavered from her down to earth helpful and kind attitude or her beautiful and professional personality. She is a breath of fresh air to deal with every single time. The facility is super clean and very comfortable. There is an indoor restroom available to use and drive up units. I am truly happy I found this place. I will most definitely refer anyone I come across that is in need of storage to come see you guys. Cynthia thank you again for your help today as always you rock!

Stacey was so thoughtful and helpful explaining how everything works and you can’t beat the price!

Staff was extremely helpful, also attentive to my personal needs storage needs. properly could use a little maintenance, but all in all I would highly recommend it if you need a place to store your stuff it is very convenient for anybody and Gulf Breeze or Pensacola Beach

Absolutely professional staff and easy to work with! Could not be more happy with them.

Rented an 8x10 today online and was very shocked that it did not mention ANYWHERE that if you start your lease on a date other than the first, that your rent is due AGAIN the 1st of next month! So when I signed up using a promo for 1 month free rent, and today being the 26th, it told me my rent would be due again in just FOUR DAYS! Needless to say I wasn't happy, because again, no where was that disclosed online. I even went back and went through all the steps again as if I was renting another storage unit just to be sure I hadn't missed it somewhere! Nope, not disclosed! Didn't even know it until I got the email and it showed my next payment was due in 4 days. I called and the lady at the Navarre florida office was EXTREMELY HELPFUL! She said had I come into the office they would have told me that, but online it does not. I said had I known I would have just waited 4 days! She was able to credit my account for next month's rent, but the $17 insurance is paid today is due again in 4 days!!! Either way, I went and checked the unit out and it had some issues (weird shelving and uneven floor from huge globs of paint. (Like a 5 gallon bucket worth) so she again was very helpful and switched my unit for me. The price is great and very convenient to my home, so I'm overall glad I went with this location. Just beware, if you are doing a promo, do it on the 1st or 2nd day of the month to get your money's worth!

Meike was awesome to work with today to get my storage units! She knew exactly what I needed and steered me towards the right direction! I would recommend Extra Space Storage above all other storage units in the area!!! Thanks again, Meike and Hannah!!!!

Very easy to find available units and start renting. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very happy that I found this storage facility.

Great customer service with Jeffrey setting up a rv storage spot!

We had an excellent experience at ClearHome Self Storage, thanks to Joseph! He went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. It’s hard to find customer service like that these days, and Joseph truly made us feel valued. If you’re looking for a clean, well-managed storage facility with outstanding customer service, I highly recommend ClearHome Self Storage. Thank you again, Joseph, for all your help!

Cannot say enough good things about this Public Storage location. Storage units are always at or below 80 degrees and low humidity as well. Hallways are spotless. March through September and never saw any bugs, water, moisture or condensation. Perfectly conditioned safe space.

Highly recommend this clean climate controlled facility. Staff is both friendly and helpful as well as professional.
