I’ve rented multiple units over the past couple of years, and this location continues to be the one I come back to because the staff is always helpful, the property is clean, and everything feels well-managed and secure. Sharon took the time to answer my questions, explain everything clearly, and genuinely made me feel valued as a customer. I really appreciate all of her help and highly recommend this location!

Absolutely phenomenal customer service from Brandy! And Connie too! I've had a storage unit here for over seven years now with nothing but positive experiences. Yesterday I went there after discovering an issue that could have been devastating. Only to learn that Brandy had already saved the day by accurately assessing that something wasn't as it seemed based upon my payment history and longevity as a customer. Having had several different storage units in multiple locations over the course of my 27+ year Army career, I can say with a good degree of certainty that this was above and beyond what could have been expected from any other storage business. Brandy is fantastic! Without divulging the details of the issue itself, just trust me when I say that Brandy proved that this is a business that actually cares more about their customers than making a few extra dollars. This was a great example why this is an outstanding customer oriented and community minded business that is smart enough to employ the best.
