Huge thank you to Marlena. She is so caring and knowledgeable. My mother was shopping around at other places and she was able to help find the best solution for her situation. She will definitely always have a loyal customer with us! Thank you Extra Space for hiring the best!

Storage units and the people are very nice here. Pricing is competitive. Easy access and right off Hwy 92.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Shaketa Crowder, the manager at USA Storage Atlanta. From our very first interaction, the level of kindness, patience, professionalism, and genuine care was exceptional. We had very specific questions and wanted to feel completely comfortable with the facility before making a decision. The manager took the time to listen, walk us through everything carefully, answer every question, and make sure we understood our options. What impressed me most was that we never felt like just another customer or unit number. There was a genuine willingness to help, and every interaction felt personal, thoughtful, and sincere. Throughout the entire process, communication was responsive and incredibly accommodating. The manager made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and gave us a real sense of confidence in choosing this location. The facility is clean, well maintained, and professionally run, but the manager is truly what made our experience stand out. Great customer service is something many businesses talk about, but it is rare to find someone who delivers it so consistently with warmth, patience, and genuine care. We are incredibly grateful for how well we were t

I had a great experience at Extra Space Storage, and Mike was a huge part of that! He was incredibly friendly, personable, and helpful from the moment I arrived. He took the time to walk me through a couple of different units before I committed to anything, which I really appreciated. The facility is super clean and well-maintained, and Mike made the entire process easy and stress-free. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely pleasant to work with. I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend Extra Space Storage, especially if you have the opportunity to work with Mike!

Happy with the location and price.
