NICE STORAGE FACILITY...

Mr Chamberlain B, He was very friendly and welcoming. Awesome service and answer all of my questions. I will most definitely recommend other people and make sure they ask for Mr. Chamberlain B for all their storage needs.

This Storage is Amazing, I set up every through the App on my phone, which no lines or wait time. This is one of the best storage companies I dealt with in the pass, Thank for everything, really clean also

Christia is very professional an always knows how to make someone’s day better! ??

Great service

Excellent customer support from Leigh, she was very helpful when I moved out of my unit.

I love this storage company. This company is the most affordable one that I’ve had over a couple of years. They also work with you if you’re late and I love the accessibility to be able to pull out straight to my unit and get whatever I need to get out of my storage unit. Customer service is also awesome. If you’re looking for a storage company, I would say Joy Cliff storage is the one to go with.

Latoya is always extra friendly and helpful. The facility is well lit and the grounds are clean. I highly recommend if you’re in the lake park area.

I rented a storage unit from here for a few years and never had any issues. Customer service was always great. I would use them again if I needed another storage unit!

I was very grateful that they could squeeze me in last minute to get a U-Haul. I wanted a 15 footer, but they only had a 20 which worked out perfectly. I was able to do every single item in one hall instead of multiple. They were very kind and considerate, and when I let them know that there was an issue with the vehicle, they called me back to back, checking in, making sure everything was safe, which was greatly appreciated as a single mom. I also have been renting from them for my unit. I got a special discount for the first three months and was very grateful about the pricing because it was actually the cheapest I’ve had in a while and probably the first place I’ve ever been that I didn’t take myself home and have cockroaches in my items so they definitely keep up with their spraying super grateful for that now I have a beautiful home to take myself too, and I don’t have to keep everything outside while I’m packing Super grateful very kind people I’ve spoken to almost everybody that runs that place, including the owners and they were always so kind to me. This is my second time renting a U-Haul from them won’t be my last. I plan to use them when I move into my permanent home thank you so much for everything.

I recently rented a storage here to store items I plan on selling and the location, staff, and ease of access is amazing! I would like to acknowledge Store Manager Keshia and her staff! They are so nice and welcoming!
