Did it all online on a Sunday afternoon, got my email with access code, and map to my unit location. Showed up Sunday evening and my lick and welcome package were waiting in my storage unit. Super easy and fast.

I was very grateful that they could squeeze me in last minute to get a U-Haul. I wanted a 15 footer, but they only had a 20 which worked out perfectly. I was able to do every single item in one hall instead of multiple. They were very kind and considerate, and when I let them know that there was an issue with the vehicle, they called me back to back, checking in, making sure everything was safe, which was greatly appreciated as a single mom. I also have been renting from them for my unit. I got a special discount for the first three months and was very grateful about the pricing because it was actually the cheapest I’ve had in a while and probably the first place I’ve ever been that I didn’t take myself home and have cockroaches in my items so they definitely keep up with their spraying super grateful for that now I have a beautiful home to take myself too, and I don’t have to keep everything outside while I’m packing Super grateful very kind people I’ve spoken to almost everybody that runs that place, including the owners and they were always so kind to me. This is my second time renting a U-Haul from them won’t be my last. I plan to use them when I move into my permanent home thank you so much for everything.

The process was flawed and frustrating. However, the attendant working the kiosk from remote camera was very helpful. She was able to straighten out the issues with the online process. Kudos to her commitment to customer service.

Great place to storage your home furnishings or vehicles. Mine was always safe. The employees are very super sweet & not bad pricing for today's market. Go check them out & you will agree.
