This is my first experience renting a storage locker and am so happy to have stopped in the Extra Space Storage in Kapolei. Mia is so sweet and helpful and showed me the perfect storage space. Staff is very nice & professional and the place is very clean & secured. Very Happy!

She was incredibly patient, kind, professional, and truly cared about helping my family during a stressful time. She worked with us for a long time to make sure we got the best value and deal possible, and never once made us feel rushed or unimportant. The facility is clean, secure, and excellent, but what truly makes this place special is Puna and her husband Chris. Their genuine care for people goes far beyond normal customer service. You can tell they truly have passion for helping others. If every storage facility had someone like Puna leading it, this company would be unstoppable.
