Storage units in Illinois

Friendly prompt service Quick easy process pleasant experience

Thank you Dee and Ashley. Great service

I moved early last year to Troy Illinois. I looked at a few storage unit facility's. I ended up going with Extra Space Storage. It's close to my new home and had the perfect 10'x 20' unit. Slowly but surely I moved quite a bit stuff to my new home. Yesterday I called Extra Space Storage looking to down size. I spoke with Unata and she fixed me up with a 10'x 10' unit that was perfect! My daughter and I moved everything into the new unit. I spoke again this morning with Unata . She is a VERY PLEASANT woman to talk to and assured we were all fixed up! ???? JIMMIE LAWLER

Amber is wonderful to work with and always keeps things running smoothly at the property. She’s professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about both customers and vendors she works with. Communication is always easy, and she’s very organized and helpful throughout the entire process. It’s always a positive experience working with Amber, and I highly recommend her!

Always easy in, and out. Direct withdrawal payments is as easy as it gets. Highly recommended.

Even though we completed our storage rental online, Antoinette took the time to call and check in to make sure everything went smoothly with our move and that we had no issues with our unit. That thoughtful follow-up really stood out. She was kind, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find. Thank you, Antoinette, for going the extra mile!

Great location. Clean and friendly staff. Easy in and out.

I was very, much impressed when I went to the public storage in Lombard, at 330 N Ave. My first impression was wow these are gonna be pretty small for what I might need to leave in there as far as my clothing and other various items but what made me change my mind completely is Diane. She was incredibly sweet very knowledgeable. And was definitely the key factor that made me change my mind. I love being able to communicate with people that are very nice that explains stuff thoroughly and that she was. She knew her job 100% and was very Happy she had great communication skills. And overall was just a delight to work with through this moving process thank you Diane. I appreciate all your help. You were an amazing person And keep up the work ethics. Thank you for answering every question I had. I really appreciate your help very much. I definitely will stick to this public storage although it’s a little further away from my location. It’s OK it’s what matters when people that work there make it worth going there again thank you so much for your positive and everything. I asked you you were able to answer every question you didn’t rush me. I didn’t feel rushed. You provided every answer on every question I had.
