Storage units in Illinois

Everything went very smoothly. Online process was easy and convenient. When arriving to the storage Jose greeted me and showed me where my unit was located. Unit was nice spacious and clean!!!

I’ve had a storage unit at this Chicago location since 2015, before it became Storage Star, even though I now live out of town in Tampa. I recently came into town to check on my items and wondered whether the property might feel different under new ownership, but it was the same clean, bright, friendly place I’ve come to expect over the years. Because I signed up so long ago and was visiting from out of town, I had forgotten my unit number. Silvia at the front desk could not have been more helpful. Not only did she assist me right away, but she actually took the time to walk me up to my unit and help me find it. This was right after she had successfully handled the needs of multiple walk-in customers as I was coming into the office, which made her kindness and patience even more impressive. I had a great experience, and Silvia truly could not have been any nicer or more helpful. She put me at ease and made my trip in completely worthwhile... Thank you Silvia!

Daniel/Danielle? I’m not sure exactly how to spell their name, I was in such awe I forgot to even ask. Anywho, that person there is an amazing, kind, helpful Individual. Thank you so much for everything you do with this company you are truly sroa’s blessing. I rent right off governors highway I absolutely love this place.

As a small business owner who moves around a lot I’ve found myself utilizing this storage space many times. Not only is it economical and centrally located, but the staff is extremely kind. I always come in a little exhausted from moving and Diane helps me get set up quickly and hassle free. There are many newer storage facilities that have popped up but I find North Side to be superior for all the reasons stated above and it is equally clean/well maintained on the inside and around the premises!
