Storage units in Massachusetts

Excellent storage facility - it's immaculate, easy to access, well lit and safe. Being able to do everything online is great - after we reserved one unit (and filled it up), we found we needed another smaller one - which we were able to secure online and move in immediately. The owners were nothing short of spectacular in answering our questions (extremely fast!) and taking us on a tour of the building, making sure we were happy with the facility. I highly recommend Tozer Storage - we had no problems and would use them again in a heartbeat!

Customer representative, Phil, was great! Imagine, he said it was not his store, that he was filling in for the manager. He was patient and he explained everything to us. If I had a business, I would want the person representing my company to have his personality in dealing with customers. To think he was just filling in for another manager. I hope the actual manager is as good as he is because, he was excellent! Great work ethic! 5??

We applied for a storage unit shortly after they opened in my area. They were very pleasant and accommodating to our needs. Their prices are very compatibly lower than other storage units we looked at. Secure, clean and air conditioned. We were not happy with the increase of prices. There wasn't an explanation for the increase. Unfortunately, their prices just went up in less than a year. Extremely Happy!!

I've never used a storage unit before so I had a lot of questions. The two lad9es on site there were knowledgeable, friendly and made the whole process so easy.

Stacey is amazing!! She's very professional and understanding. She's always happy and friendly. She had the exact storage unit I needed and having the cart available made moving heavy items into the unit easier. She's a keeper! She's hard working!!

Easy in, easy out. Register on line, the lock was already in the unit. Made the whole process extremely easy.

This is THE place for storage! Friendly, responsive, caring service up front. Clean, spacious facilities and great carts for moving lots of stuff. I had a mix-up with a reservation and a single phone call with someone at the office took care of it! I love the branding too. Who doesn't love cows??

Me and my family have had a unit here for a few years now and are currently in the process of moving out. My experience here has been excellent with no issues at all, no exaggeration. The place is very clean, and Steve the on site manager is awesome. He is always very friendly and helpful when I go to the unit, and it’s always a good conversation when I go there and he’s working. 10/10 experience storing here, and I recommend this facility to anybody looking for a clean and convenient place to store their belongings, and a manager who is professional and very friendly and helpful!

HOPEFULLY THIS PLACE DOESN'T TAKE AND WANT TO INCREASE THE RATES LIKE SO MANY OTHER PLACES DO I CAN SEE A LITTLE ADJUSTMENT YEARLY DO TO TAXES AND EMPLOYMENT STATUS THAT MAKE THE OVERALL COST GO UP HOWEVER I HAD USED OTHER STORAGE FACILITIES JUST RAISE THE PRICE THINKING THAT PEOPLE ARE NOT GOING TO SWITCH FROM ONE FACILITY TO ANOTHER LIKE THE LAST PLACE I USED EVERY 3 TO 6 MONTHS THEY WERE RAISING THE PRICE THAT IS CALLED NOTHING BUT CORPORATE GREED AT IT'S FINEST THEY ARE WILLING TO GIVE YOU FIRST MONTH FREE AND STUFF LIKE THAT THEN A FEW MONTHS LATER THE PRICE INCREASES BY 20 DOLLARS AND AGAIN 6 MONTHS LATER HOWEVER I ASKED THESE QUESTIONS AHEAD OF TIME AND THEY STATED THEY DON'T DO THAT TO THERE CUSTOMERS SO THEREFORE I HAVE TO SAY AT THIS POINT THEY DEFINITELY DESERVE A5 PLUS RATING AND IM PRAYING THE RATES STAY WITHIN A DECENT COST EVEN IF IT'S SIGNING A LONG-TERM AGREEMENT MANY PEOPLE WILL AGREE AND BE PLEASED WITH THAT 100% AND THEY WILL BE ABLE TO GROW BIGGER AND BETTER WITH THE 100% TRANSPARENCY WITH THAT SAID 5 ????? RATINGS IS A 100% MUST FOR THIS PARTICULAR BUSINESS ??????????
