Truly great experience. Storage sense is brand new. It is ideally located, accessible, reasonably priced, clean and superbly managed. highly recommended.

It's great. Lots of cameras and security measures. Clean and doesn't smell like everyone's belongings like other places I've been. The only thing I'd change is to have more carts for busy hours.

CubeSmart provided me with an exceptional experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making the entire process of obtaining a storage unit and paying for it a breeze. I was fortunate to receive the first month of storage free, but unfortunately, I ended up paying a similar amount for the storage due to an admin fee and the purchase of a lock at the time of signup. The facilities are immaculately clean and exude a pleasant peppermint fragrance. The grounds are meticulously maintained, which is a testament to the staff’s dedication. However, I would suggest adding trash bins for the renters to dispose of their waste. This would prevent accidental littering and ensure that boxes, bags, and other items are disposed of properly.

My husband and I have been during our storage at Stateline storage for 13 years now they're one of the best storage units that I've found you have a question they respond back to you as soon as they can get to it and friendly clean and I believe that they are the best storage unit around they also own Oxford storage

A little bit of a mix up with locations after online reservation, but everything happens for a reason.. the site is well kept and immaculate. The staff was helpful and understanding. I’m completely confident with the security of our possessions being kept there. Couldn’t be more pleased.

I have been renting here for quite a while, and I wanted to recognize Rashawna for the outstanding job she does managing this facility. From the moment you walk in, it is obvious that she cares about both the property and the customers. The facility is consistently clean, organized, and well maintained. That may not sound like much, but anyone who has rented storage units at multiple locations knows that it actually says a lot. I have rented from other storage facilities in the past, including one that was practically brand new when I moved in. Within a relatively short period of time, it became dirty, poorly maintained, and felt neglected. That has never been my experience here. Recently, I had an experience that really highlighted the kind of manager Rashawna is. While I was at my unit, I personally witnessed a customer sitting in a vehicle parked directly outside the sliding entrance doors in the loading and unloading area smoking marijuana. I watched the individual light it, and the odor quickly spread throughout the area. I called the office simply to make them aware of it. Rashawna thanked me for letting her know, and honestly, I thought that would be the end of it. In my experience, many managers acknowledge a concern, say they will handle it, and then you never know whether anything was actually done. To my surprise, Rashawna came outside herself shortly afterward. She took the concern seriously, checked on the situation personally, and addressed it professionally and promptly. What impressed me most was not just that she responded. It was that she cared enough to get involved and see what was happening for herself. That level of attentiveness is rare. It gave me a greater appreciation for why this facility remains clean, well managed, and pleasant to use. Properties do not stay in good condition by accident. They stay that way because someone is paying attention. It is reassuring to know that the person managing the facility takes pride in her work, pays attention to what is happening on the property, and genuinely cares about the customer experience. Rashawna represents the company exceptionally well, and I hope her hard work and dedication receive the recognition they deserve. Thank you, Rashawna, for everything you do. It is greatly appreciated.

Best Ever! My unit at Public Storage was recently broken into (as were many others), so I moved over to Prestige. Customer service is superior. The lock is included ; access hours are extended and rates are better. Highly recommend Prestige..

Unit was very clean and rat traps were put in each corner. Feel safe using this storage unit because it's gated. You can bring your own lock or pay for the one provided (new) in the unit. I bought one but there lock is very nice and $14 is a good price. Gate could be faster.
