Storage units in Delmar, MD, and nearby areas

James is a great attendant, asked questions about what we'd be using the unit for, offered his expertise & suggestions but wasn't pushy or trying to sell unneeded upgrades. All around nice fella and great employee ????

Great place.

DSS has been amazing. Tammy in the office is so sweet, very professional and so helpful.

The agent was very helpful. She had to multitask but still showed client respect and treated each of us as if we were the only one she had to help. She is a great asset to the company.

Miss Wanda was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. She handled everything professionally and made the experience smooth from start to finish. Outstanding customer support.

I've had a storage space for over 10 years and I've never experienced any negative issues. The manager, Kim, is very attentive to the property and she is very professional. I appreciate how safe and secure my items are, so I never worry about them. I know that if a problem would arise, I would be contacted immediately, and they will find solutions. I highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing and the lady who helped me was wonderful and she enjoyes her job neat and clean and very helpful

Greatest customer service ever! From the moment we walked in they were super helpful and even funny! Definitely brightened up our day and lifted our moods from a stressful situation! Grateful for them!

The staff is knowledgeable and trustworthy. Fast service and always helpful.

Been renting storage here for almost a year and a half; I’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences here from the staff. Ms. Leslie is wonderful, and so is her daughter- Ms. Erica. Always a joy to see their faces any time I ever have to step into the office, or they’re always helpful and professional should I ever need to call. I always feel safe here, and feel like my belongings won’t be tampered with. I love that I have a code to come and go as I please even outside of business hours. I also love that sometimes I get to see some beautiful babies sometimes if Ms. Erica has her sons in the office. Brightens my day with their smiling lil faces. I will sadly be moving out soon, but will continue to recommend this place to anyone I know.

Just got the unit today and was helped by a cool dude named Kelly. Friendly and professional and took care of me quickly and very efficiently. Definitely recommend.

Every time I visit, it’s what’s clean, easy access to get in and i love when DE storage communicates their policy updates.

accessible, staff was helpful, was gated. everything we needed to feel secure.

This facility to CLEAN, SECURE and CONVENIENT. The staff is extremely FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL and PERSONABLE. I highly recommend this facility.

I spoke to Dan: the manager at the storage unit that I'm at in Millsboro, I needed a smaller unit and he just happened to have one open up that particular day. I did in fact move my operation from a big unit to a smaller unit in only four and a half hours. I was very happy that they were able to offer me a smaller unit that quickly, I really appreciate these people, they're always looking out for us customers. I am enclosed the picture of my big unit with the last piece in it. Of course I swept it all out before I left.
