Shelbi, showcase exceptional customer service. I came in with multiple questions and she was able to help answer them. Her patience should be studied. Hernando Self Storage should be honored to have her.

INGORE ALL AND READ ME !!!!!! I’m giving to true opinion as someone how is still storing there about this place despite all the other reviews which some of them are true, This storage is better than the others that I have been to in this town the original owner did file for bankruptcy and place closed down we did not get a notice or a warning that the office was going to be closed but we all got to keep our units and we we’re grateful that the power and water was still on and I know in the other reviews that someone spoke of a rat/mice but they were none. there was a problem with crickets that I notice but I personal went and spray all three floors when the building did not have a owner so they were not a problem anymore. I was going by the storage every other day just to check up on it to see if there were any problems and the only were the junks that people left when they moved out now the the building is under new management and every time I go there, there is someone there, so please don’t be scared about the reviews compared to snap box and U-Haul (I’ve had both) snap box changes there prices every months by demand of customers and it smells likes mold in the units they have and little to no air conditioning and with u haul there prices go up every year and there is no communication and safety with either from fires to getting stuck in the elevator to fly nests in the units but with this storage unit it’s nice, spacious, the have different units of a/c with fans blowing down the eyes and they also have pest control now as well so if your looking for somewhere I think you need to take a look at this place
