I can’t say enough great things about Denise and Karen at Public Storage in Blackwood, NJ! Both are absolutely outstanding. They are always friendly, courteous, professional, and genuinely willing to go above and beyond to help their customers. The facility itself is always clean, well-maintained, and organized, which makes the entire storage experience that much better. It’s clear that Denise and Karen take pride not only in providing excellent customer service but also in maintaining a facility that customers can feel comfortable and confident using. It’s rare these days to find people who truly care about providing exceptional customer service, but Denise and Karen deliver it every time. Their positive attitudes, professionalism, and willingness to help make every interaction a pleasure. Public Storage is extremely fortunate to have these two incredible ladies representing their company. They set the standard for what outstanding customer service should look like. Thank you, Denise and Karen, for everything you do. You are both truly AWESOME! Can't say enough good things about my experience with the company, signing up, and this location. Matt at Extra Space Storage was amazing! He was so helpful, thorough, and kept the facility exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The whole process was seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Raymond was fantastic! I appreciate everything he did to make sure we got the proper unit for a good price to help me and my wife out with things we were dealing with!

If you want a property manager that has compassion for his customers, Tom is your guy he saw that there was no way that I was going to get out of the situation, but God made a way and Tom was part of that way and the time that he gave me and worked with me to be able to get my stuff out of storage. He’s Great manager and even a greater human being????????
