Storage units in Heathcote, NJ, and nearby areas

Lee the manager is incredibly helpful. I live out of state and recently had to arrange for some remaining items in my storage unit to be picked up and disposed of. Lee provided me with the names of 3 responsible and reasonably priced contractors who could do the job. Once my unit had been cleared, Lee called me to ensure I was happy with the selected contractor. Excellent management at this facility and like every Extra Space facility I’ve dealt with, the premises are clean, brightly lit and well-insulated.

Staff is gracious and very helpful

Vance was awesome, he went above and beyond!

I am a longtime customer because of Tina. She is the reason I am here. Also I look forward to her baked goods. I would definitely recommend Tina and this facility

Great experience, amazing customer service.

I had my stuff stored here for about six months and never had any issues. It’s super easy to get in and get out and the staff there is very helpful. I just went in today to cancel because I’m moving somewhere and Jay was very helpful in getting that done for me.

Tiffany was so helpful and patient with me while I was sorting out what size unit to get . Great customer service skills !

Liz the manager was very great and helpful when securing a unit. She was very nice and did a walk through with us which the place also looked very clean

The young lady who served me was very helpful, friendly, and efficient. Storage space is perfect for my needs at a reasonable price.

My boyfriend and I have a shared storage unit. The previous admin had the place very dirty. The minute you walked into the actual storage units you could tell. Even when we used the restroom it was filthy. My BF and I broke up and I had to get a unit for myself. This time around you could tell that the place was changing. When I opened my storage unit it was clean and ready to go. Thanks for all the attention and help the Manager gave us. She really paid attention to my needs at this time. Because of the previous managers having the place a hot mess and boy was it noticable, I did suggest to them to get corporate to hire a cleaning crew at the end of the storage unit closing day. This will definitely keep the place clean and any unwanted persons out.You can really tell the place is changing????. Th prices are good and I hope it stays at bay as im just a single mom trying to do her best at this horrific economic times we are having.
