Was completely cordial and accommodating after proving to him the honest mistake and that my bank account had the funds waiting to be withdrawn with am impeccable payment history. I recently rented a storage unit at the Public Storage location at 47 Broadhollow Road in Farmingdale, NY, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. What truly sets this location apart is the incredible management, especially Manager Meredith. She is hands-down one of the best property managers I’ve ever dealt with. Natalye and Christopher were both welcoming and pleasant. Natalye was our rep and she was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. An informative tour, showing us various options helped us make the best decision on size and location. The facility is well layed out, and very clean. Having a good team at the desk is an added bonus! We look forward to being new renters!
