Storage units in Westmere, NY, and nearby areas

Easy, great staff, and great time keeping my items there.

Easy in & out.

Great storage facility. Great communication!! Close to UAlbany.

Due to a house closing/mover issue we had our backs against the wall trying to locate a short term 20 x 10 storage unit a few days prior to month end. Luckily we contacted Mabey’s who had a unit available at their gorgeous new location on New Karner Road. Theresa, the manager, was super accommodating and within an hour the moving truck was there and unloaded with room to spare. After a brief five day stay a second mover relocated everything to its final destination. I can’t say enough about Theresa’s customer service. She literally saved a nightmare of a day. Check out this state of the art, climate controlled location. You will certainly be impressed.

It can be hard to find indoor vehicle storage in the area. I called the Latham location and spoke to Wayne who explained everything to me. I ended up storing my vehicle here over the winter. Wayne accommodated my needs for drop up / accessing / picking up my vehicle. Reasonably priced and secure. I have no doubt I will store my vehicle with them again this upcoming winter.

I had a great experience with Albany Storage, especially because of Clarence! He was extremely helpful, professional, and made the whole process so much easier. He was patient, kind, and really went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. You don’t always come across people who genuinely care about helping customers, but Clarence definitely does. He’s the best! I truly appreciate all his help and would definitely recommend Albany Storage to anyone looking for a storage unit.

Amrio was very kind and made the process quick and easy. He keeps a clean facility and the amenities such as the dollies and elevator made moving stuff into my unit very easy.

Easily accessible, always a pleasure to do business with them. Onsite personal responsive and friendly.

We have had a great experience with Mabey's. Storage units are clean and safe. They are available to answer questions and help with choosing the correct sotrage for our needs. We will definitely use their service again as needed!
