Having said that, Ashley, at the Willow Grove CubeSmart location was/is one of those people. From the start, she was nothing short of exceptional and value added. She was thoughtful, accommodating, reassuring, professional, effective, efficient, kind, and so much more. She called me as soon as I made the reservation, providing me with the necessary information as to what comes next. My move date changed, which also changed my CubeSmart move in date, she proactively reached out to me to explore my options so that I did not lose the units and assured me that everything was going to be alright. Once I arrived at The Willow Grove location to unload, she was there eager to make certain that my experience continued to be stressless. She has a conscientious, diligent, and confident work ethic that gleamed through each conversation on the phone and email, and this work ethic was clearly manifested in her personality and demeanor when I met her for the first time in person yesterday.
